Delete from the app
- Sign in to the First Light mobile app.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and select Delete account again.
What happens now
The current account action deactivates your First Light profile and hides journeys you own from people who follow them. It deactivates device push-notification tokens associated with your account and attempts to disable the associated Firebase sign-in. This cannot be undone from the app.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] with the subject line Account deletion. Include the email address associated with your First Light account, but do not include medical information or passwords.
About underlying records
The current product action is an account deactivation and visibility change, not a promise of immediate erasure of every record. First Light has not yet published its final retention schedule. For a privacy or deletion question, contact [email protected] and see the Privacy Policy.
